22ba06a7cb Add recent changes to README. 
Add a note to the manual to explain why --fullmultibyte may be an issue.
I am not completely satisfied of the position of this note, as it is symbology specific comaction, but it interferes at least with ECI described below.

Buffered bitmap array should have been type unsigned char not type char
Includes change to manual

f23af1b55a Crop Appendix B and C from manual and other corrections 
Appendix B and C are both out of date, and information is available elsewhere online, so no longer needed. Also change name of Data Matrix ECC200 to simply Data Matrix and correct some spelling errors.
