CMakeLists.txt: check against c not c++ (CheckCXX -> CheckC etc)

BMP/EMF/PCX/TIF: use more portable packed attribute instead of
  pragma if not MSVC
CHANNEL: pass ptr not struct to `channel_copy_precalc()`
