o ldlinux_v4.[bss|sys] have been renamed from ldlinux.[bss|sys] found in syslinux-4.06/core/
o ldlinux_v5.[bss|sys] have been renamed from ldlinux.[bss|sys] found in syslinux-5.10/core/
[iso] add support for isolinux/syslinux ISO images * use a modified syslinux that can use isolinux config files * update syslinux to git version * remove embedding of chain.c32 for the time being
