This commit contains icons for Inkscape v0.92 and most of
Inkscape v1.0alpha icons (excluding the symbolic icons).
Main changes:
- added, updated, and optimized a lot of icons
- added a lot of icons to 18x18/actions to support small icon size and
avoid blurred icons in Inkscape v0.92
- added 20px paint-* actions icons to 22x22/actions to avoid blurred
icons in Inkscape v0.92
- removed icons from 22x22/actions because not used:
* boundingbox_*
* node-*
* snap-bounding-box-*
* snap-nodes-*
* stroke-cap-*
* stroke-join-*
* transform-affect-*
- removed stroke-cap-{bevel,miter} symlinks because not used
- removed from 24x24/actions because not used:
* boundingbox_*
* fill-rule-even-odd
* fill-rule-nonzero
* paint-none
* transform-affect-*
