For Gnome users who want use Papirus icon theme with [arc-theme](https://github.com/horst3180/arc-theme), we recommend
use [TopIcons Plus](https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1031/topicons/) extension with icon size **22px** or **24px**
And change icons color for panel:
```
sudo sed -i.orig 's/white/#d3dae3/g' /usr/share/themes/Arc-Dark/gnome-shell/gnome-shell.css
```
