First revision of working script
Changed to BITS transfer for performance, removed dmg2img dependency, fixed a couple of errors, and moved BootCamp extract to root of drive to fix issues with DISM commands that Apple hardcoded to use C:\$WinPEDriver$ as source for WinRE injection
