- added UEFIDump tool, which is now Windows-only UEFIExtract with some
limitations, made as PoC for non-Qt engine usage
- ensured that Qt classes will be used, if available

- added try / catch bad_alloc to prevent crashes during decompression of
malformed Tiano/EFI11 compressed data
- files split into common and app-specific ones

- ffsEngine split into multiple classes to reduce complexity
- still no image rebuild
